It can set fonts, colors, white space and other style and layout aspects of HTML pages and XML documents in an efficient and flexible manner.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet standard from the W3C developed specifically for the web. Using CSS, you can alter the look and feel of an entire web site simply by changing a single style sheet.
