Stylizer

The Interaction Stylizer emulates Cascading Style Sheets for older browsers that don't support CSS. Based on the definition in the style sheet, the Stylizer adds font-tags and other old-fashioned style information to the HTML to create a similar appearance as you designed in the style sheet . Thus you can take advantage of Cascading Style Sheets to control the style of your website, while still keeping your sites appealing for older browsers that don't support CSS.

The Stylizer allows you to start to use Cacsading Style Sheets today instead of waiting until it is supported by the majority of browser versions in use. Controlling website presentation with a style sheet is far more efficient than messing with <FONT> tags and other formatting markup. Using the built-in style sheet editor of Interaction, a few mouseclicks are all it takes to change the look & feel of your website.

Installing the Stylizer Component

1. Download the Stylizer archive.
2. Unstuff the archive (most browsers will do this for you).
3. Find the appropriate version of the component in the folder that best matches your version of Interaction.
4. Put the component file in the Components folder of Interaction
5. Restart Interaction to activate the component.
